Maintain Custom Programs
Use Maintain Custom Programs to edit and maintain custom programs.
- The Maintain Custom Programs link opens the Custom Programs Listings page, which displays custom programs only for the selected Custom Investor.
- Close – Closes Custom Programs page and brings you back to the CPM landing page.
- Filter products by selecting one from the dropdown list, and then clicking add.
- Some filters provide secondary selections. Select the applicable options, and then click add.
- Some filters display a single check box. Select the check box, and then click add.
- Multiple filters can be applied at one time to narrow down the search for custom programs.
- Undo a specific filter by clicking the del link. Undo all filters by clicking the Clear button.
- Clicking on a header field sorts alphanumerically in ascending or descending order.
- The Columns link enables the Client Admin to customize the columns listed in the page.
To Revert Back to Default Columns
- The Custom Programs listing page defaults to the following columns:
- Condition – Assigned Condition Name
- Dis Status – Disabled Statue
- Guideline – Assigned Guideline Name
- LoanLimit - Assigned Loan Limit
- MinCredit – Minimum credit/fico score for eligibility
- ProductType - Assigned Product Type (Agency, Non Agency, etc.)
- Rate Def - Rate Definition
- Ratio - Assigned Ratio Name
- A red flag next to a custom program indicates there is an error with pricing (i.e., pricing is missing, has not uploaded, or is out of date).
On the page, the following Actions are available:
- View - Opens the Custom Program Definition page in view only mode.
Save is disabled since this is a view only page. To exit the page, select Cancel.
- Versions - Opens the Custom Program Versions page, which displays all versions of the program.
- Hide - Hides the row (stored for historicial purposes) from the Custom Program Listing page. All hidden rows can be viewed by selecting the Hidden checkbox. To display a hidden row, select Hide again.
- A message appears asking to delete or undelete the selected program.
- Selecting OK removes the program from the Custom Program Listing page.
- Expire - Expires the selected custom program.
- A message appears asking to expire the selected program.
- Selecting OK expires the custom program and makes it unavailable for Production.
